The holidays can be really fun. Lot's of drama bit fun. What else can you expect with a house full of family members you only see once or twice a year.
The one thing that never fails is the food. So lets play what's on the table. The rules of the game...
I will show pictures of our food table, explain each item. Based off the pictures provided and the weird and wonderful food on the table you will have to guess.

Now for some unusuals....
Pea salad (peas, onion, lettace, mayo and bacon)
Spicy potatoes (it's not a bake but not roast potatoes either)

Believe it or not, that's actually a salad... thanks for guessing.
What are sunchokes anyway?
Jerusalem artichokes is another name. They are really yummy if you like artichokes, but they are kind of a pain to prepare. They end up with the sort of odd shaped pieces your salad has, and about that color when cooked. Sunflower family, good "survival garden" plant but also known as "fartichokes." :)
