After a long time here is another small contest @senzenfrenz! This time your chance is very high to win at least 2 Steem from @senzenfrenz. As you might remember I just made a similar contest some month ago, where you were asked "Where are my tinsoldiers standing on?" relating to a photo of them that I had posted. They were standing on my marantz-hifi-amplifier and you can still see them standing in the background of the following picture which is part of my new contest.
Here's the new question that you must answer to win 2 steem, please comment with your idea in the reply section. Also to participate, please upvote this post. If more then one person answers right I will choose the one that was commenting first of course, or subdivide between the accounts if this is not limiting the percentage of the prizepool to much.
Now look at the photo and answer: "What kind of thing is this propellor and what is it used for?"
Edit gives you a little hint: This propellor has a special and pretty unique purpose and not everyone is able to get one of those!
That's not really a functioning propeller?
A. if its a functioning(Battery powered) automated propeller or if its a part
It can be used for miniature windmills,planes, or just a cool figure to be around.
B. Its not a functioning automated(Battery powered) propeller then its manual which againg can be used for the same stuff such as the windmill, plane and figure.
it can also paint brush/pencil holder of some sort

Just a small cylindrical empty container.
Anyway that is my guess.

Also you should check out the cool bamboo or string instrument propeller where you use a bamboo, a piece of string and a of course a propeller.
