The Cryptochallenge pt 1 - Guess the best performing cryptocurrency for the next two weeks
Yesterday I did the "Bet on the Bitcoin-price contest" and while it was fun, contests like that are so random.
That's why I wanted to do a contest which involves a little bit more skills involved.
In this contest you bet on one of 10 cryptocurrencies. Please read the rules CAREFULLY.
In order to qualify
- Upvote (the more you upvote, the more you potentially win)
- Comment which coin you think will perform the best (only allowed to bet on 1 coin)
- Minimum Rep 35 to participate (to avoid scammers using purchased accounts to do multiple signups/bets)
The coin with the highest percentage gain after 2 weeks wins.
Everyone who has bet on the winning coin wins one share of a total of 20% of the total post SBD payout that will be distributed.
Example: If there are 10 people who bet on "Omisego" as the winner, and it wins - and the total SBD payout for the post is 10SBD, they will share 2SBD. If the total SBD payout for the post is 100SBD, they will share 20SBD. (Each person receive 2SBD)
It will be possible to upvote and comment/bet on coins for 7 days (until payout)
On payout date I will take a screenshot of all bets, and no more bets will be allowed.
On day 14, the winning coin will be announced and SBD will be distributed to the winners!
Prices will be based on Coinmarketcap prices against USD
All participants are allowed to change their bet the first 7 days. Once the post has been paid out, I will screenshot the participants and not accept any more bets.
The starting price of the coins (The price which we will use as reference/starting point) will be listed in this post on day 7 the exact time when I won't be accepting more bets.
PS: You are of course free to use upvoting bots to boost the value of the post. You can also donate SBD to me and I will then spend that on upvoting bots for the post.

When does the voting close?
If I can still get in I am going to say Monero.
The voting closes when the post has payout. Thats also when the reference point for the price will start. If Steem is at $3,5 on day 7..thats the starting point. And if you chose Steem you cannot change that after this post has had payout on day 7.
