RICE, CHICKEN MEAT, ROASTED TOSTONES, SALAD AND WHITE FIJOLES

Ingredients:

• 20 grams of rice.
• 200 grams of mechada meat.
• 1 green banana
• 1 small lettuce.
• 1 small tomato
• 1 small carrot.
• 200 grams of white beans.
• Salt and pepper to taste

Elaboration:

Place in a pot the 200 grams of rice and salt to taste, Previously wash take to cook on low heat for 10 minutes. In a pan, place the meat on the stove for 10 minutes over low heat, season with salt and pepper to taste. In another pan, cook the banana for 10 minutes.

Once these steps are done, in a bowl place the lettuce previously washed and cut, the tomatoes cut into squares and the grated carrot to make the salad. Codinate with salt and a teaspoon of olive oil.

Take 200 grams of white beans to a pot for 20 minutes or until they are soft, add salt and pepper.
