Hi. I really want to insist on my video...
This week I chose this video as my favorite. The reason is because it seems very similar to the fermentation process of a rich drink that is made in the Andean region of my country. It is Chicha Andina, which also carries fermentation process and is based on rice and the pineapple shell.
