Howdy there redheadpei! Red sand, you guys have red sand up there? That's a great photo!
Good morning Cowboy. Yes. PEI has only the red sand and soil. If you see any other color it has been brought n from somewhere else.
howdy redheadpei! Oh reall! That's a very interesting fact to know. If there is alot of it there you guys could sell it. It must be rich in iron or something.
Yes , the reddish soil is due to the high iron-oxide . It covers the entire Island. I miss seeing the red soil when I go to the mainland and see the duller colors of soil.
howdy again redheadpei! How interesting, it sounds like you're a sand snob! lol. I need to look up PEI and see how big that island is. I know one of the worst killers in Butch's Wild Bunch is from there. I just have to figure out how to turn that into a good Canada insult for my Canadian friends! lol.
Haha Cowboy. I like my dirt red.
P.E.I. has a land area of 5,686.03 km2 (2,195.39 sq mi). Pop. Is about 150 thousand.
I can’t believe there’s an bad apple in Canada and one going down to the U.S. of A. and causing havoc. 😂
