FRIDAY FOODIE FROM @peakreal1 @MARYFAVOUR AND REDFISHPILLAR........ Yam and red oil

In preparing my yam and egg tonight, I cut the yam into pieces with a knife.

After cutting, i peeled the back and I put it into a bowl and wash it.... Picture after wash

After, I put my pot on a stove gas and I heat the water till it boil. see picture of the heated water

I later put the prepared sliced yam well washed and tidy into the put and continue heating. Photo speak

In a few minute, the yam got cooked an done. This is it

After my yam is been done, what I just have to do is to turn my res oil into my plate *just like this

That was what make my dinner.
