Followers, you need them!

I am here writing something about my followers! 

I want to write this piece about followers, because i never tried to write something about them before, it's a kind of challenge with my self.

Of course i did some " Thank you followers" posts before when i reached a certain number of them but i never write something about them

Followers, you need them and they need you.

There are many steps on steemit uf you want to have success, but you are nothing without followers.

Followers give you the opportunity to grow. 

Steemit is a social place if you do not socialize you are not a true steemian, socializing means find someone with your same interests and start to chat with them ( tags are very useful instrument if you want find people with your same taste) than chatting is another important point. 

Followers will not follow you if do not care about them, your content can be the most professional content on the platform but if you do not answer to your followers, probably no one will read them. 

I talk as a blogger and too as a follower. 

As a follower i like to comment and share interesting post with the others on the community. As a follower i like to explain my interest and say what i think about a subject. 

As a blogger i try to express my self and i try to talk in a clean and simple way to the others members of the community. 

Somerimes is not easy talk to all followers, you lost some of them during the street, because the community is big or you are simply too busy for reading all the articles.

But sometimes in your spare time is good to contact your followers, reading thir last articles and tell them you miss them! 

Because people need to be appreciate as you do too, you like if someone comment your article so do not forget to comment the others articles too. 

Never commit the mistake of being selfish, you are not strong if you are alone, you are strong when you create a team. 

And a team means helping each others, commenting each others and upvote each others, but do it with a sincere spirit. 

It means tell to a follower if his/her content is really bad or worst of all a plague. 

In this case you must scold them. 

But if a follower write something good and original support him or her, because they need everyone support and you will need everyone support too when you will write a good post. 

Never forget of your followers or they will forget about you too!
