I have just over 1 MV, and my 20% vote is 1¢ (just under 2¢)
I have to use about 31% vote to make sure a comment gets a payout. (minimum 2¢)
So, a plankton, someone with a new account, can only give 100% vote. (on steemit, other platforms can adjust percentage, sorta, but the reason it is stuck at 100% is that there are minimums for the block chain)
Thus you end up with just removing the statement.
But, you are still stuck with minimum SBD amounts of 0.001.
Maybe ask friends to get each answer to $0.02, and then you will at least have a pitance to dole out.
