I have seen a number of established Steemians curating new users posting on the #introduceyourself tag which I do daily for a weekly post that I write to help onboard them. They have been several in the past but you can showcase some good ones!

    Like the idea but it would take up a lot of my time to go through all of the introduction posts and filter the good ones and I don't have any spare time lately with working 10-12h shifts QQ
