NHL fans, this is contest for you...
Contest Rules
- All contestants are allowed to make one entry
- All entries must be placed by start of first game.
- Contestants must try to predict exact score of the game (including overtime)
- All contestants must UPVOTE post to play.
- Resteems are appreciated.
- Winner(s) will get 75% of the post's liquid earnings. (25% goes to monthly contest)
- Any post edited after the deadline will be disqualified from the contest.
SCORING
- 5 points for exact score
- 2 points for predicitng winner and goal difference, but missing exact score
- 2 points for predicting team win in overtime, but with wrong score
- 1 point for predicting winner, but missing goal differenece
- 1 point if you predicted overtime, but was wrong about winner
- 5 points (BONUS) if you predict total number of goals in all games for that day. If overtime or penalties happen, that is 1 goal. (Available ifat least 3 games playing that day)
Example #1:Your prediciton 4 - 1
- 5 points - Score is 4 - 1
- 2 points - Score is 3 - 0, 5 - 2, 6 - 3,...
- 1 point - Your team won by any other goal difference than 3 goals difference
- 0 points - Your team lost
Example #2: Your prediction 3 - 2 OT
- 5 points - Score is 3 - 2 OT
- 2 points - Your team won in overtime, but with other score
- 1 point - Your team won without overtime
- 0 points - Your team lost
( Note - If you predict team win 3-2 without overtime and they win 3-2 in overtime, you will get 1 point)
PRIZES
Winner of daily contest will receive 75% of SBD earned on the post. 25% goes to monthly contest. I will post monthly standings every day.
If two or more players are tied after calculating all the points, prize will be split between them.
