Team Working (learn to work with strangers through a simple challenge)

Materials : 1 marshmallow , spaghettis, scotch tape, piece of string
Number of people in a team : 5 people max
Goal : create the highest sculpture among the other teams with the provided materials (you are not obliged to use all of the materials)
The marshmallow is the element of comparism between the different sculptures which means that the team with the highest marshmallow is the winner
Time : 10 min

I've really enjoyed doing this challenge because it combined fundamental soft skills that everyone could need as in his job as in his daily routine like :

-adaptability
-listening skills
-imagination
-communication skills
-analytical skills
