I loved how each of the weekendfreewrite prompts were seamlessly and cleverly weaved into this beautiful story about a lifelong friendship of one buddy saving the life of another who was about to commit suicide. Life can be tough and it is friendships like these that help one get through the challenges that come. Buds for life indeed.
