First,it's only a lady that can enter the ladies toilet and secondly,the lady is carrying a bag,she can easily put the knife in her bag to prevent people from know.

I think the killer is 3 because she can go in the woman's bathroom unnoticed.
if I think the killer is number 4, because only he who does not have a pisou on the table
I'm guessing #3 is the killer because she can enter the ladies room without suspicion.
