Hi steemit i am participating in a contest by @kweenbrand,in which it consists of answering the following questions:

-Tell us why some people will never say I'm sorry even when it's obvious they're wrong:

This happens because many of those people their parents did not educate them since childhood to say sorry, they are usually proud people, who always want to be right and do not accept that they are wrong, that is they can have thousands of failures but they do not they will accept it because even if they know they are wrong, they do not accept to ever lose.

It also happens because the person is selfish by nature, it was not their upbringing, they believe that people will always be with them no matter what happens and they do not realize that people get tired when they hurt them and sometimes they go.

-How do we handle friends or people who will never say they feel it?

It is difficult to handle with people like this, sometimes it happens that we get away from these people to feel more protected, because we know that if they hurt with a word or a fact they will never say sorry, but the most correct thing is to make that person understand who hurt us or their bad attitude all this through communication, talk and tell that person that made us feel bad and that we would like him to apologize, but without forcing that person because if one obligates and then no I would be a sorry, sincere.

-What is the importance of saying "I'm sorry"?

It is important to say sorry because we show respect towards the other person because of our negative attitude, we feel better with ourselves and the other person, we avoid any resentment in the other person, because probably if we do not say sorry, that person no longer treat us the same and even walk away completely because of our attitude.
Saying sorry frees you from any guilt you can feel, if we know that to err is human but nothing better than saying sorry, sometimes the damage is deep and one I'm sorry is not enough, but that does not mean that we do not say, that the other person value the fact that we want to amend our error, it is probrable that when we say sorry the other person feels better and friendship, or some kind of marital relationship, work, can resume, and continue on good terms.
