You are welcome. =) if you read the rules there are two draws. 1 for SBI, for anyone who upvotes, resteem, comments, and 1 for GRC, which you enroll in by commenting you GRC address. You can't opt out from SBI one for now.

You can't. It's an enrollment in @steembasicincome. Where now you would get upvotes for all of your posts.
