My grandfather was Italian and until today we like Italian food, especially spaghetti Bolognese. I recently discovered that the original Bolognese sauce is very different from what we do here in Brazil. Here they gave a modified that for you in Italy must be a complete heresy.
For me it BBQ, I like to make burgers and brats often. Then make a good BBQ chicken or Tri-Tip. Also, I have a bit of Mexican blood and they also can do well at BBQ pit with Asada or Chicken that has been marinated just right. Good luck all.

I like sushi and Japanese cuisine in general. But here in Brazil everything is eaten with rice and beans. When I was a child I was totally surprised to learn that in the rest of the world we did not eat rice and beans every day

Noodles is one of my favourite dish. I like to eat noodles any time.Specially in the morning and in the afternoon i love to eat it. I think it is available in all countries.
Specially when my mother cook it ,it is the best dish in the world.

I like Biryani. It is a typical rice dish eaten in bangladesh. Normally it made by meat & rice. But there is some kind of biriyani.. Like mutton biriyani, chicken biriyani etc. In the sub-continent, this is a very delicious & famous rice dish.
