"Daddykirbs Cool Curators Contest Entry - @isabelpena" week # 9

in #contest8 years ago

Hello friend Blake @daddykirbs. I congratulate you for yourself sustainable farm and I must tell you that the more videos I see about how you manage it, the more I fall in love with it.

Let me tell you something, you make see easy the things about farm, but isn´t. You have very much work.

Continuing with the observation of your videos on the farm I found one that caught my attention: "How to plant peppers".

11 years ago my ex-husband had about 500 hectares of land on a farm and I lived there for two years and decided to plant chili because I had been told that its fruit was quickly obtained.

I collected seeds of the peppers I used to prepare my food and cleaned them with charcoal ash from a grill I had made. I bought disposable party glasses and organic fertilizer and placed a seed in each glass. It was like 200.

I let them germinate in an unoccupied chicken coop that we had and after a month already had chili seedlings, which in a few days grew more and I could transplant them to the ground.

In a little more than half a hectare of land, some furrows were made for the planting of the plants, successfully achieving that they gave their large and splendid fruits.

In your vedeo your beautiful cats helped you to plant the trees, in my sowing the chickens helped me to eat what they found on earth.

Thank you for the creation of this contest, that although you keep quite busy you have a bit left for your videos and the contest.

@alexlinares was the one who helped me plant and @limberlinares was the owner of the land.

I resteem this post so that can help the community grow.
