It is very difficult to compete against several users and that there are only 3 prizes, because better not for the next one you distribute a prize for several users?
If it was easy it wouldn't be fun :D Nothing valuable in life comes easily, you must have come to that conclusion already.
I'm not sure if I understand your question but yeah, three users will be rewarded. One will get the ledger, another gets 100 STEEM and one more gets 50 STEEM.
