The Phantom of Cromwell Mansion

There are several tales of various beings from different corners of the world but none of them has a tale as obscure or recent as the tale of the "Phantom of Cromwell Mansion". The Cromwell mansion was built in the early years of this century by a man named Phillip Cromwell.
P- Euro as Phillip was popularly called by his friends and admirers was a young man who was excessively rich. At twenty two, Phillip had luxurious houses in various choice areas around the country and owned three private jets. There were several rumours that he was born as a result of the union between the god of wealth and a human female.
Phillip could afford the good things of life and he did not deprive himself of them. He "shut down" the club houses regularly, he had the best girls at his beck and call and he had the best of the latest cars. Whenever Phillip attended a social function, everyone present at such an event were always ecstatic as he was sure to give out huge amounts of money at such functions. He donated to several charity organisations and religious organisations. As a matter of fact, he was the society's sweetheart.
What people did not know or should I say did not other to ask was the source of Phillip's wealth. Of course, Phillip had several companies but that was not the actual source of his wealth. Phillip was not born with a silver spoon. He was the only child of a small scale farmer and a petty trader. His father died when he was eight years old, leaving Phillip to be brought up by his poor mother.
Phillip's mother tried her best to take care of him and send him through school but Phillip was not proud of the life he had. He desired to be wealthy and be like the sons of the rich men around him. The girls fawned around the rich guys and the rich guys had all the good things. Phillip decided to do everything possible to swim with the whales.
Phillip made friends with some guys who introduced him to a voodoo man. Upon arriving at the voodoo man's house, he immediately stated the reason for his visit. He plainly told the voodoo man that he wanted to do rituals to get wealthy. The voodoo man asked him to bring a young lady for the rituals. Phillip did all that was required of him and in no time, he became very rich.
After sometime, Phillip started having weird dreams about the girl he used for the ritual. Wherever he went, he kept seeing the girl with tears of blood in her eyes. She kept asking him to return her life to her and he was always screaming at her to leave him alone. People started thinking spreading rumours that Mr Phillip Cromwell was going crazy.
Phillip and sent away all his workers. His friends all left him and he was left to himself. He stayed in his home, the Cromwell Mansion, where he stayed all day long, screaming his guts out. After a while, he died and thus ended the wealthy Phillip Cromwell
A few years ago, the Cromwell Mansion was sold to a family that had newly arrived from Spain. Mysteriously, all the members of the family were found dead after two weeks of moving in. The same thing happened to the next three families who bought the house and then, nobody dared to buy the house again.
If you walk in the vicinity of the house late at night today, you'll surely hear the screams of a man. Some people say that it is the phantom of Phillip Cromwell that makes this sounds as he is unable to find passage into the afterlife. I don't know what you believe but this is what I was was told and I hear the screams myself, whenever I pass close to the Cromwell Mansion late at night.
