Answer:
Space exploration could have been the best idea ever only if it has being yielding positive results.
Over decades, world government (US) has being injecting outrageous sum of money through the NASA for the exploration program only to find out their is nothing in return.
This remain the the reason why i will stand gallantly and say NO will be the answer to the question.

And if yes will surely prevail,it must cover all loss
