Good day everyone! Here's my entry for the week #27 Plant and Animal Combination Photography Contest hosted by @papa-pepper
My entry for this week are the images of the The Pale Green Praying Mantis on the pinkish flowers.

This is very common insect that plays around in the garden and flowers in an angelic or praying position .

The Praying Mantis has the ability to turn their heads 180 degrees and the female eat their sexual partners to satisfy their sexual desire. Female mantis bite the male's head off and eat, in the middle of the sex act

• Note: These are only superstitions

Some people believed that seeing mantis in the house brings good luck and angels are watching you.

While here in Philippines my elders feed us story that stomping or killing a praying mantis will cause stomachache
