Every Tuesday, you have a chance to win a membership to Steem Basic Income, SBI, at the Freewrite House.

Join the Freewrite daily prompt
This week I recommend @myjob's freewrite for The Smell Of a Dumpster. She describes how, many years ago, she and two other single mothers stumbled across lots of brand new toys in a dumpster shortly before Christmas. It was a godsend for them. One stranger helped get the toys out of the dumpster, while another stranger sputtered about them breaking the law. (What a killjoy!) But she bravely got in his face and told him what she thought, and he didn't call the cops. Be sure to keep an eye on @myjob's updates; she is over there in the vicinity of Hurricane Dorian.
My recommendation for this week.is written by @deemarshall.
She used the prompt library.
She has one and it is the dream of each fanatic book lover, -reader.
The freewrite is about letting go of what you love because you can no longer handle it.
Before she did I gave up on mine so to me this is a story that touched my heart.

I have only one post this week. Can you believe it? I really had two, but the first was already taken by @scribblingramma. My other fav is by the same freewriter anyway, so here you go:

I am so glad we have @myjob in our STEEM house! I am always fascinated by her posts and this is no exception.
Like me, @myjob has had many jobs, but never had an awful boss. In this freewrite, she proceeds to tell us about the good ones instead. You have a good job when you are young and the money allows you to buy a horse!
She also mentions a job where they set up a place so she could bring her young child in, and I have also seen that a few times. When I ever worked in an office where "holding the baby" was part of the routine, I knew the boss was a good one, like most of them are.
I feel so lucky to have @freewritehouse to continually lift my spirits. TY for the contest once again.
@wakeupkitty hit hard with this freewrite about a woman facing the wrath and final judgment of her spouse. She questions her religion, her God, her world. Another woman answers some of these questions in unorthodox ways.
It's a brutal read, but ultimately gratifying, and at the end of a week in which the blockchain was, for two tortuous days, "locked up due to a fumble-fingered keystroke error and a recent hardfork.
