A Favorite Freewrite

Every Tuesday, you have a chance to win a membership to Steem Basic Income, SBI, at the Freewrite House.

Try to win one, my friends. An everlasting vote on your posts is nothing to sneeze at.

We want to make it super easy for you. Your task is to tell us in the comment section about one - or more- freewrites of others you have read in the last couple of days you really liked. Yup, not your own!!

The comment must be at least 50 words long - no upper limit 🤪

See the rules below for details.

In an ideal world, you also give that person a nice upvote - but we are not going to check on that.

  • Go to the Daily Prompt post by @mariannewest.
  • Read as many Freewrites as you can.
  • Tell us about a freewrite you really liked and why.
  • Your comment must be at least 50 words long telling us about the freewrite.

Choose from the last couple of days if possible so others can go, visit, and, inspired by your description, leave a vote.

Win, Win, Win!!!

This post https://partiko.app/felt.buzz/chapter-10-part-two-of-nanowrimo-story?referrer=wandrnrose7 by @felt.buzz grabbed by attention. I am truly amazed at the quality of fiction he creates with a prompt from @mariannewest. The story has all the necessary elements for good writing with plot and character development, tension and setting. It's part of his nanowrimo but can stand as short fiction alone. I rooted for the protagonist and celebrated her victory over the slimy boyfriend her sorry excuse for a mother chose. Head over and see what he's creating!

@wandrnrose7 has her creative juices flowing with her own art work and a poem to go along with it. Both are colorful, especially her description of the main character in her poetic tale and is one that we can all relate to. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I did.

@wonderwop is always able to inject some humour into his freewrites and for the prompt "lentil soup", he got himself into a wee bit of trouble when he asked Debbie some questions which he probably shouldn't have asked:
Hopefully, words are forgotten and things will look brighter for him today :)

This is an interesting story about the motorizados in his country. Motorcycle driving is no joke. Locally, it has the highest stats of casualties in traffic accidents. Here's a story from @hlezama

Bloody Helmet

Another fun read I found was from the three-prompt exercise. Interesting set of characters and situation, this can be a post Halloween read. Here's the story from @wwwiebe

A Fictional Freewrite - A Diversion

That's it for another week! ^_^

Recommendations for this week:

  • @hlezama in his freewrite in relation to a helmet, describes the reality of what happens in Venezuela with young motorists who believe they are asphalt owners, here you can check their link.

  • @charjaim with her freewrite keeps you in suspense until the end, there the protagonist plays with the feelings of her friend since he was not clear about the situation, you can read it in this link.

  • @teresah with her freewrite of the mushroom suit reminds us of moments when in carnivals we disguised our children. You can read it in the following link.

Here is my gavorite. Happy writing to all of you.💕

I recommend you to read @deeanndmathews "Day 752: 5 Minute Freewrite: Monday - Prompt: helmet (and, The Posture of Innocence, day 21)".

Commissioner Scott feels a bit different and scared. Lofton County Free Voice makes his life miserable and his last hope is the help of Gid. With his wifes Bible his takes the shuttle bus to downtown, reading and praying for help.

I agree a honest prayer is better as a pretty one and believe it or not I like the old Scott.
