The world is hungry for data storage systems and higher computer-processing power. The irony is this: we have more than enough of what we are looking for. Imagines the millions of computer devices that stay idle most of the time with more than enough combined storage capacity and processing power for current present computing needs.
On the one hand, thousands of devices crave for faster processing hardware and storage. On the other hand, millions of standalone and connected devices with these sought-after resources lie idle and waste away. In a world of large data and artificial intelligence, should be a way to utilize available computer processing and storage resources and allow people to get rewarded by leasing their scarcely-used hardware in a secure, decentralized platform.

What is Iagon

IAGON represents an effort to change the cloud computing industry forever. IAGON is an decentralized network of multiple connected computers and computer devices that utilize the combined power of computer resources for data processing and storage. It creates the biggest single computer network and utilizes computer devices that are idle to facilitate high-end data processing and storage.
The cloud storage industry is almost a closed market highly dominated by Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and IBM. By combining the power of global computing resources to become the power of one, IAGON hopes to break the exclusive nature of cloud storage services and even beat the tough competition.

2 strong points for large data processing and storage today

1. Big data keeps getting bigger: Terribly huge amount of data is being created, processed and stored globally. Big data refers to the large volume of data created by applications, organizations and computer networks stored both on local computer memory and remote data silos. For example, government handles big data from various government agencies and departments. Take the US as a typical case . Imagine how much processing power and storage was required to create, process and maintain criminal records in the US since 2000. That is a good example of big data in government. As more and more data is created for the efficient running of an organization, more processing power is also required to work on them and more storage space is needed to keep the data for future use.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI): Humans wants computers to think like them. So artificial intelligence is used to explain the process of making machines perform cognitive functions, such as acting or reacting to input, similar to the way humans do. Machine learning is a form of AI where the computer learns once how to act or react based on data analysis and interpretation. It maintains that behavior if such data events repeat in the future. So AI systems are constantly changing their behavior to accommodate changes in findings and modifying their reactions. Imagine how much data a self-driving can would have to pickup, process and store over a distance of 1 kilometer - (Data like objects, types of objects, road markings, other vehicles, weather,etc.). This surely requires large processing power and data storage capacity. AI-based processes require vast amounts of computations and consume significant processing power of CPU and GPU processes.

Understanding IAGON data processing model and architecture:

The above illustration explains the different parts of the IAGON architecture. There are basically three sections and they are as follows: machine learning algorithm , the Blockchain and miners , and the encryption/decryption
protocol
. Let see what each section does and why it is essential.

1. Machine learning algorithm: This is the first section to be initiated after data blocks is sent into the system. The section receives the data blocks sent and forwards it to the miners who process it and look for matching signatures. These blocks of data are then sent back to be validated over the blockchain along with an output which the machine learning algorithm will use to identify a node.

2. the Blockchain and miners: This section is responsible for breaking down data blocks and transferring them to the nodes. IAGON utilizes the SHA256 algorithm to hash each block with its previous hash to create a chain. When data is received back from an individual node, the data output will be matched against the hash of its corresponding block and validated against its header to determine if the output data is valid. This systematic way of authenticating data blocks enhances the privacy and security of the processed data. The SHA256 algorithm rewards miners for honesty, speed and the volume of data processed.

3. the encryption/decryption protocol:This section uses a protocol to ensure that processed data is stored securely in any internal or external storage platform or medium. The capability to store data on external devices is very unique to IAGON since these devices or platforms can seamlessly connect to the platform using already made API for it.

IAGON features that make it unique

Every platform has one or two things that makes it different from others. IAGON has more than 2 features that makes it an outstandingly unique platform for efficient data processing and storage. Take a look at some of them:

1. IAGON’S Secure Lake Technology: In this era of increased hacking and data theft, any platform or users worry about data security. Big data is vulnerable to leaks and data theft and we have seen too many cases recently. IAGON ensures the security of data on its platform using IAGON's Secure lake technology. This is the backbone and feature that makes IAGON intrusion-proof and maximally secure.
IAGON's Secure Lake Technologies uses blockchain and encryption procedures to freeze data and make them unaccessible to intruders. This involves slicing, encrypting and distributing files in such a way as to lock them up to unauthorized users. Unlike popular centralized Data Lake architectures that exposes company data and files once an intruder finds himself inside the system, IAGON's Secure Lake Technologies creates another tough layer of security by ensuring that intruders do not find all the files in one block and cannot reasonable assemble them to become a meaningfull resources. Thus, everyone who uses the system is guaranteed the security of sensitive files and data stored on the platform.

2. IAGON’S Multiple blockchain support: Everyone has the right to choose what blockchain platform they want to use. IAGON acknowledged our right to choose. So the IAGON decided to build their cloud storage and data processing services on top of the Ethereum platform and Tangle. This multiple blockchain support will give users the opportunity to retain their prefered blockchain accounts or choose to run a new one.

3. IAGON Smart Computing Grid: This is the feature that ensures the balanced use and distribution of computing power and storage on the platform. IAGON smart computing grid powers the platform. It identifies idle computing or storage resources and assigns them to operations that require these resources. It functions include the following:
(A) Creates a connection between available computing resources and the users who need them.
(B) Rewards investors who provide the processing and storage resources of their computer devices.
(C) Manages the allocation or distribution of CPU and storage.
(D) Keeps track of scarcely-used CPU and storage and adds them to the resources pool, thus making them available to users.
