It was the first time AI was to stand trial. Rather than require an oath, testimony and cross-examination, the prosecutor simply began to download files to be examined by the jurors. The attorney got an odd look on his face, and he poked at the keyboard a little frantically. Little beads of sweat began to form on his forehead... After several tense minutes he finally turned to the judge.
"Your honor, there is a problem. The robot has been utilizing third party servers for storage."

The Judge gasped. "Oh no! Don't tell me..."

The attorney hung his head in shame. "Yes sir, the witnesses memory has been clouded."

You see, it is funny because there really is a google (among others) "cloud memory storage" thing and a robot using cloud storage would have "clouded memory" which in humans means we can't remember stuff but for the AI it would mean the exact opposite, that all the data is safe and secure.
