This contest will reward those who best beat the asian handicap.
If you are not familiar with asian handicaps, it allows for 50%-50% situation in a football match so nobody can get an advantage by just taking the teams who are more likely to win.

    • I'm dropping the idea to have an increased payout when 55% of payouts have been powered up since it takes up too much time and makes the rules too long. I instead have a standard payout which is slightly increased compared to what it originally was and add an @steembasicincome share.
