Well it depends. It could be a pet store or a toy store or just a display for something unrelated. I'd have to know what's in it. :P
That's what I want to know.
The more I look at it, the more I am thinking display in something like a children's clothing store or daycare. Something that says kid friendly, but clearly not designed by a kid. I'm thinking zero chance of it being a plant store or landscaping business because they would have done a better job. That's my best guess.
It's amateur hour stuff, for sure.
I have to say, this was my initial interpretation of the image. It doesn't look very confusing to me. I'd say the SBD10 goes to @clayboyn.
