I like your thinking on the wavelength aspect, but immoral isn't exactly the same as prohibited! As someone already said, MIB 1 is the wrong decade and I'm not convinced about why anyone would refer to MIB as a, "shack".
The answer on this one is actually pretty straightforward if you know the film!
