Only one answer should be from Breaking Bad, the other is a character from Preacher and the final is from Rick and Morty.

That's fine, the rules are only one answer but you are free to change your mind as often as you like!
Also, I'm not strict about names as I just need to know which character you mean, so first name, last name or nicknames are all good, as long as you distinguish between characters with the same name.
