Snaps needed a respectable suit so he could become a banker and in the pursuit of respectability he confiscated all the weapons of his henchmen. His young accountant bought precious gems with funds embezzled from Snaps and a girl that pretended to be Snaps' daughter, turned out to actually be Snaps' daughter.
