This is the Live Leaderboard for the haiku contest: the contest where you can win SBD by being the first person to decipher the film described in a haiku.

Paul "the machine" atreides has done it again! His 19th 20th overall win was his 7th 8th win in 30 31 days and he has won 7 8 of the last 18 19 wins!
However, since there are around 10 8 contests with incorrect answers, it's possible, at least in theory, to catch up!

Is the only way to discover the answer if someone gets it right? They are good fun but so hard, once you associate a particular movie to one line it's hard to think of anything else.
after the second clue (genre) it gets much easier :) still hard but i love the challenge

About once a month I do an "answers" post. At the moment I have about 7 contests that I will probably withdraw and include in the next "answers" post.
Some of them are very hard. I'm not sure how the top winners do it!
It is tough, but fun to play along and see what movies are floating around in the ether
