Nice looking pork! I always get excited when you have a new post! I indirect BBQ'd some Bratwurst this weekend.
The straight one on the left is Chicken Garlic Parmesan.
The two curved ones on the right were Bacon Cheddar Pork Brats.
It was just my wife and I, so I didn't need to do a ton of them.
Oh my soul... "Bacon Cheddar Pork Brats" ... that sounds like heaven. Unfortunately we don't do Brats here in South Africa, so we only get our Brat fix once a year when we visit the States :P
That is too bad. There is a store over by where I used to live that has about 30 different varieties of them. They do a really good Hawaiian one that has some ham and pineapple in it. They also have a rueben one and a pizza one. It is impossible to pick when you go in there. One of my other meat markets does a really good western one that is just like a western omelette. Cheese, peppers, onions, etc. They are so good!
