Thank you @jayna! It's fun to see how my story starts out closer to 500 words and then having to pare it down to fit the parameters and still tell the story. Thanks for sponsoring these contests and taking the time to curate all the entries!
Agreed! It’s a fun challenge. I don’t usually have to cut mine down by half, but yes that would help you determine what is really important in your story.
