1.Mrs. Kringle sends for a janitor to retrieve the necklace.

Those who chose this choice are still in the game.

The janitor arrives wearing rubber gloves and is able to get the necklace out quickly.

2.Mrs. Kringle reaches into the toilet to retrieve the necklace.

Those who chose choice 2 are ELIMINATED. (No One Chose This Choice)

Mrs. Kringle reaches deep into the toilet. She feels the necklace and clamps her fist around it. She she tries to pull her hand out she realizes it is stuck. Poor Mrs. Kringle!!! The principal and janitors can't get her hand out. She is stuck waiting for the fire department to arrive and set her free. Unfortunately there is a large fire downtown so Mrs. Kringle is left waiting to be freed until 5:00 PM!

3.Mrs. Kringle unfolds a metal coat hanger from her coat closet and uses it to fish the necklace out.

Those who chose this choice are still in the game.

Mrs. Kringle finds a metal coat hanger and unwinds it. She folds one end to make a hook. She easily fishes the necklace out of the toilet and after cleaning it, gives it back to Jennifer.

Welcome to Round 4 of Escape the School

10:00 AM: Gym Class

Mrs. Kringle takes her class to the gymnasium where Mr. Scott takes over to manage her students gym class. Mrs. Kringle plans on going outside to her car to retrieve a few books she forgot while the kids are in gym. As Mrs. Kringle walks out of the gym and down the hall she hears a little girl screaming!!!

The sound is either coming from the gym, a nearby science classroom, or the girls bathroom. It could be the children playing and getting rowdy or it can be an emergency! What should Mrs. Kringle do?

1. She should go back to the gym to check on her students.

2. She should check the science classroom to see if there is a student in trouble.

3. She should check the girls bathroom to see if there is a student in trouble.

4. She should ignore all sounds and head to her car to retrieve her books.

These four options are in the comments below. Comment under the option of your choice.

The next chapter in Escape the School will be posted Monday December 18 at about 8 pm Pacific. Players who choose the correct answer will move on to round 5. Players who choose the wrong answer will be eliminated.

3. She should check the girls bathroom to see if there is a student in trouble.

Checking the bathroom should be her choice. Presumably the other students are all supervised.

It really is one of those mornings!

Mrs Kringle reasons that the scream can't be coming from the gym, and even if it is Mr Scott can deal with it, he's a capable pair of hands; on the same basis the source probably isn't the science class: if there was no teacher in there it wouldn't just be one scream it'd be utter chaos, which it isn't; so she decides to quickly check in the bathroom...

There's a distinct possibility that a crack in space-time means that an escaped student's just found the other Mrs Kringle with her hand stuck down the toilet; or worse, a floater.

Either way, it should only take a minute to deal with, then she can go get those copies of Dr Seuss she left in the car.

i think she will check the toilet, because her children are under the eye of a teacher, and in science class there should be one of her colleagues only at the toilet there is no one to watch, after she checked that she might stick her head in the science class to see if there is someone to controle. When the screaming hold on she will walk back to the gym. But first check that not supervised toiled

I choose option 3 :)

Elijo la opción 3

I choose option 3. She should check the girls bathroom to see if there is a student in trouble.

I choose option #3.

Tough one! But I will go with the Option 3 this time.

She should check in girls bathroom because last time she was in the hall, the child's bracelet fell in the toilet and someone is watching her class.

1. She should go back to the gym to check on her students.

I choose Option 1. She is very close still to the Gym and the students there are the ones under her care. Plus, she recognises the scream, as though it's one of hers. Her first impulse and instinct is therefore most likely to run to the gym and check there. Of course, she should check where she is closest, but it sounds like the gym is nearby behind her and the science class nearby and ahead. In order to cross less distance to be faster, she should quickly turn back, check the gym. If ever it's not the gym, she hurries to the science class and checks there. In my school the bathroom was close to the gym, so she could check both at the same time. The gym doors are big, she can easily check and then head to the bathroom. It seems that there can be several good answers here. As long as she is quick to respond. The last thing she should do is ignore. But I choose the gym first because she recognises the scream, so chances are, it's one of hers from there.

In any case of trouble, she must always prioritize her students. So she must head back to the gym first and check the kids.

although she may be concerned where the sound come from her first responsibility should be to check the students under her care

Own kids in the first place! Option 1

If this for my class, I would first check and make sure that my students which were my responsibilities were fine. Then I would head to the next closest spot, be it the science room or the bathroom.

2. She should check the science classroom to see if there is a student in trouble.

I go with her checking the science class.

I'll go with this option. Since the class is nearby, it's the most likely place the sound will come from.

It's possible that there is no teacher in the science class. It's best she checks it first.

U go with this option. After checking the class, then she can check the gym. But class first

I'll sure go with this one. I feel the class is closer to her, so she should check there first.

This seems right. The class is closer to her than the gym,so I guess the class should be checked first.

I choose this option. She is closer to the class, so it's wiser to check there first

I chose option 2

I chose option 2, Mr. Scott is already in the gym class. There is probably going on the science classroom that might be emergent.

I will go with option 2, to check the nearby science classroom.

4. She should ignore all sounds and head to her car to retrieve her books.

OH NO! Lol...I chose option #4 last round and was eliminated.

Option 4 @jbcoin fell asleep considering the teacher's toilet options in the game and forgets to comment!

Oh well, lots of fun @blue-pencil! Thank you for the contest!

Thanks for playing! We are glad you had fun. Remember to follow blue pencil for future seasons of Escape the School.

Well.darn! I'm out anyway!

I choose option 2#
