So if I won the $1.6 billion jackpot, I would go for the weekly allotments as well.
I'd pay for the house that my husband and I live in.
I would either buy land or a farm where I could have horses (we'd sell the house once it was paid off).
Take care of my husband's and my student loan debt including any other debt we might have.
And settle back, living off the rest of it.

I would take the lump sum payment, then:
-Pay off all bills
-Help with or pay off some bills for family/friends (like student loans)
-Make several charity contributions
-Setup a fund for helping people get to gaming conventions
-Travel
-Buy and share a retirement home for myself and my gaming friends so we can hang out and play games together

-Firstly I would work out some sort of annual payment, I dont want to be the idiot all over the papers who lost the fortune.
-With the annual payment I would work out bills that need paying, slowly get repairs and things the family would need.
-I would start transferring some over to Steemit and check if its making profit.
-I would put some aside in a savings account with high interest rates.
-I would spent it on bringing the family together and then travelling myself to all corners of the world as there are many places I am curious about.
-I would set up or support animal sanctuaries or charities as our furry friends need our help.
-I would get the most up to date game gear and experience the best quality gaming experience and share it on Steemit.
-I would like to attend many Steemit events all over the world along with going to all the big comic-cons
I would build affordable housing and, working with civic leaders, find some way to provide social services to all the homeless people in the area. I think that'd probably use up all of it.
