You can use Jaxx Wallet. They have a lot of different wallets you can use, including Dogecoin! Dogecoin has a fun community that uses it for micro transactions. A lot of people will send some Doge to support a cause, or support really anything they like.

I have Jaxx Wallet but there is no DOGE
May be there are different versions...
I use the one for iPhone. You have to open the settings and choose which wallets you want to use. You can always add or remove wallets from Jaxx. That's how it works for iPhone at least.
On laptop I haven't seen DOGE in settings, strange
May be there is extended version
