Blacklist. Update 19/05/18
I decided to allow only 2 people from one household to participate in my contests.
ALLOW: If it is really 2 different person (like @papakli and @anjelik) but not 1 person.
ALLOW 1 ACCOUNT: If it is really 2 different person, but someone allows you to use your account for an unfair game (like @stalexmkl and @dubydoo25).
BAN: If you are participating in a contest with 3 and more accounts, I will ban all accounts.

Maybe should make a combined SBC blacklist?
it seems like a good idea, but the criteria for inclusion in the blacklist are different for everyone, so disputes can begin...
it's so sad to see all the accounts that try to take advantage of the steemit platform. There really should some AI that identifies all these scammers
"AI" you mean "Artificial intelligence"?
but it's really sad that the situation in some countries forces you to do anything to make a little bit of money: honestly not honest - it does not matter when you want to eat.... so the scammers are too tough a word imho
but on the other hand i need to limit someone to make the contest as honest as possible. but only those who got caught in the blacklist
