prize pool

Because of velocity hardfork (https://steemit.com/steem/@steemitblog/steem-velocity-hardfork-hardfork-20) which changed SBD Print Rate I must change the principles of the formation of the prize pool.

From today (as well as previous contests in which the payment of SBD is zero) will be calculated according to this formula:

Prize pool = (promotion STEEM- author reward STEEM - author reward SP) * 50%, but not less than 0.2 STEEM.
