Blacklist for my contests

I decided to allow only 2 people from one household to participate in my contests.

ALLOW: If it is really 2 different person (like @papakli and @anjelik) but not 1 person.

ALLOW 1 ACCOUNT: If it is really 2 different person, but someone allows you to use your account for a unfair game (like @stalexmkl and @dubydoo25).

BAN: If you are participating in a contest with 3 and more accounts, I will banned all accounts.
