People would have to create a specific post. Howevee, unlike contests, the posts wouldn't be judged or anything. Ex- author will create rule of creating a roastyourself post. This way, the community would get some nice quality posts, but people would not be desperate enoug to use upvote votes or stuff to win cause the posts won't be judged
