Being a creative is more important than being a team worker ,if you work in a team ,everytime you have to depend on your team ,you cannot grow as an individual .Your decision making process get's halted .But being a creative doesn't mean you cannot be a team worker , Your creativity can help your team to accomplish goals effectively and efficiently ,But for me creativity is more important than being a team worker .
