Seeing as the article has not been edited, let me correct the info.
For those who are reading this, The Haven (residential amenities) is exclusive to The Residences owners and cannot be used by hotel guests.
Residence owners can use the hotel amenities and avail of the hotel services too.
The property is still at a pre-selling stage. :)
