What happened with the new Openmic rule

The best musicians competition that steemit has so far is the Openmic, Musicians from all over the world participate every week to show their talent and be among the first 5.

The rules of this contest were very basic, you record it, you upload it and you only have to say in your video the magic words "steemit openmic week #" But in this week that already goes by the number 67 there was an important change of rule for all participants of said contest

We can not deny that openmic has been a tremendous platform for musicians, that other people around the world watch your video .. that is priceless, always thinking in this way we can achieve many things, the fact that every week you upload your ticket wants say that every week you are taking a step further to improve as a musician (this only if you see it the way I see it)

Now, what about the new openmic rule ... "NOTE: While we used to allow acapella performances to enter, recently there have been far too many entries of singers without any musicians. Open Mic is a community of musicians and for this reason entries without some musical instrument being performed will not be considered a valid entry. NO KARAOKE"

when I uploaded my post for week 67, luzcypher had not released the official post of openmic, I launched it approximately 4 hours after having launched my post, so I did not realize that detail.

My most sincere apologies since I did not know that openmic was created for only instrumentalists, I think it is not right to call musicians only the instrumentalists, the singers are also musicians, that made me sad, but I understand the intentions of Luzcypher with respect to what he wants for his contest, and I really appreciate the opportunity he gives us all musicians around the world to express ourselves freely through music
