New rules of the INTERNATIONAL competition "PHOTO-FUN". 28/02/2018 @ abc.love.steemit

Detailed rules:

1 Everyone who joins the competition places 1 photo (maximum limit) in the comment on the post that is published the day of the competition (from placing the post around 18:00 on the first day) to 18:00 on the second day (the first day after posting) that is, you have 24 hours to upload your photos;

2 Placing a photo in the competition is tantamount to agreeing to all the points of these regulations;

3 From 18:00 on the second day to 11:15 on the third day, you vote for pictures (not yours).

4 The photo must be of your production (from your snapping);

5 The photo must not contain human figures with visible face, registration numbers, house numbers and other identifying marks and / or violating the right to privacy and / or intimacy;

6 The photo can not contain any additions (inserts);

7 The photo can only be retouched by automatic improvement of the quality of the graphic or photographic program;

8 The picture can not be changed with any programs (see item 7);

9 If you want to put a photo in sepia or black and white in the competition, please set the format before taking the picture and do not change the color photo to black and white or sepia after;

10 If you put in a retouched photo, changed in a photo or graphics program, please write above or next to it ("PHOTO OUTSIDE THE COMPETITION - DO NOT VOTE FOR IT");

11 The picture can not be: erotic, containing offensive or obscene content;

12 The posting of the photo is equivalent to the consent to posting (with Steemit name, or nickaname of the author) in the next day's post in the photo section of the winners and in potential posts with weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual or other lists, or contests (the photo's author will always be given);

13 You can write a short description next to the picture (cultural language is obligatory);

14 You can specify the camera (hardware) that you have used (but not necessarily);

15 Vote (condition of being qualified for the classification and possible prizes) for 3 other photos (not yours) that you liked and which are photos admissible by these competition rules (do not vote for unacceptable photos), you vote by commenting on the selected photo / photos - comment of type:
"I - ..... comment ........." - (this picture will get 3 points), and / or:
"II - ..... comment ........." - (this picture will get 2 points), and / or:
"III - ..... comment ........." - (this picture will get 1 point) -
IMPORTANT - add a piece of text after I, II, III, so that you do not get the flag for a short comment;

16 You can, but you do not have to give the comments (with photo / photos) an upvote;

17 You may resteem (share) the contest post;

18 Prizes (for voting winners = the condition) for photos selected by the participants who voted and those allowed by the rules:

1st place: 100% of my upvot's power;
II place 75% of the power of my upvota;
3rd place 50% of the power of my upvota;

In addition, the first 3 uploaded photos in the competition will get 25% of my upvote (the average values of upvotes may vary from day to day and depend on many factors).

19 Three photos (along with the author's nickname) - those with the most points will be placed in the post of the next competition in two days;

20 Once every 2 weeks, photos classified on places from I to III enter the competition, which will be once on Saturday and the next time on Sunday.

There will be around 21 competition entries in this competition;
Voting in the competition:
every voter has 6 votes (I, II, III, IV, V, VI + comment - remember that there are flagging bots);
Prizes (upvotes) as above +% SBD from the competition pool (* the pool will be SBD from the part containing SBD of post's award and their transfer will take place 1 day after payment after 7 days).
Awards for the creators of collective competition works in collective competitions:
1st place: 24% SBD *,
2nd place: 15% SBD *,
3rd place: 10% SBD *,
4th place: 8% SBD *,
5th place: 7% SBD *,
6th place: 6% of SBD *,
Prizes for voters (randomly selected by me) are 6 x 5% of the SBD pool

21 Collective competition posts may not be placed for various reasons;

22 These rules may be changed by me at any time, this competition may be stopped or terminated by me without giving reasons;

23 The prizes will be awarded only on the competition day, in which, apart from me, at least 3 participants will enter the competition and a minimum of 12 votes will be cast together (together with mine);

24 Prizes, may not be awarded for any reason (random and other incidents);

25 Possible moral, material and other losses - I am not responsible for any liability.
