Thinking what to post next on Steemit? Ran out of ideas? Here is a guide to help you out

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place... and I don´t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently, if you let it. You, me or nobody, is gonna hit as hard as life. But ain't about how hard you hit... It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward... how much you can take, and keep moving forward. That´s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you worth, go out and get what you worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits. And not pointing fingers saying: You ain´t what you wanna be because of him or her or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain´t you! You´re better than that

Who hasn’t heard this wonderful words from the legendary movie character Rocky Balboa! I agree that movies and life are completely different. They won’t work the same way. But yes, we can always take away the good things with us. This one dialogue is something similar for me. Every time I feel bad or broken, I read this. I say this to myself so that I can pull myself up and work. I guess a lot of fellow steemians also need to do this very often.
This may sound bad and a bit offensive. But trust me, just because you think your content is good things won’t work out the way you think it would. The idea of steemit is to market sellable content, and not any damn content you think is sellable. Understand that.

I have seen a lot of crybabies around me on chats who say that steemit is fake, it won’t earn them enough dollars even after posting their valuable content. I just feel like telling them, “Bro, go get a life. It is a fight and if you can’t wield your shield don’t demotivate the ones who are already fighting. But I also feel that they cry because they are not exposed to the reality of content marketing and creative content writing. I have tried to help you out to pick up on what to write.

1. Wait for the movie releases. You could write a review and be a movie critic
2. Do the same with newly released books. You could earn some money reviewing it.
3. Have a closer look on technology, simple and funny hacks, mind blowing science experiments and lot more. You could write a tech blog.
4. Try understanding the concept of cryptography, cryptocurrency, blockchain, encryption, engineering or sciences. Write about them.
5. Write a blog on what to write (:P That’s exactly what I am doing)
6. People go mad at cookery shows. Try your hand in that.
7. Got a special talent like singing, dancing or painting?? Go ahead and upload your videos
8. Try getting your hands dirty with the description of “How stuff works”
9. Try writing a commentary for a video blog that blew your mind (But remember to give credits to the original content creators)
10. Do a review on a gadget that you bought or a car that you test drove.
11. Be a food critic by writing a blog on the restaurant that you last tried.
12. Involve in discussions about sports, medicine, politics and sociology. They sell like hot cakes.
13. Make contents on pets and animals. There are lot of animal lovers around.
14. Memes… Memes…… Memes
15. Sarcasm ( Only 20% of the people understand It though )

This is only 10 % of your actual work. The next big thing is to get your stuff a market. To meet people and to sell it. Steemit largely works like a barter system. You need to initially engage with people to get upvotes to your posts. You need to follow a lot of people and comment on the posts that they do. Develop a relationship which is beyond money and votes. Read, read and read!! That’s again important. You can write something only when you know something, and to know something you need to read. Do that.

Choose a beautiful Title for your article. Remember, “ The first impression is the best impression,” and you need to give them a really good impression about your article.
