 The  importance of consuming mineral water- Very risky if there is a lack of  water in the body because it can have chronic effects on the digestive  tract and especially the kidneys. To survive, humans definitely need food and drinks as fuel in carrying out several daily activities. Thus, the heart is increasingly trying hard to pump blood, ultimately only making the movement of blood become limited. Not  only that, if the limitation of blood flow occurs to the kidneys due to  the lack of water, it can make blood pressure higher because of the  reaction given to blood vessels and arteries.

3. Salt Deficiency and Body Fluids

Lack of consuming water can cause the body to lack salt and fluids. If  this happens in the body, then the body cannot function properly or  normally so that the symptoms start from mild to dangerous.

4. Lack of Drinking Water Disrupts Brain Function

The  lack of water that causes dehydration can cause a person to experience  brain disorders such as loss of concentration and forgetfulness. This factor occurs due to lack of oxygen flowing into the brain. As  a result, brain cells become undeveloped and even inactive until they  shrink and in the end someone becomes mindless, doesn't concentrate and  easily forgets.

5. Quick Dry Skin

The lack of consuming water can make the skin dry quickly, if the water content does not cause dehydration. This  factor occurs due to the resistance and benefits of enzymes unable to  work properly so as to cause the skin to become easily dry and rough the  impact of the structure of the outer skin layer deteriorates.
