HOT SHOWERS A DIME COLD A NICKLE
This project, (outside shower) has been on the books since we retired to NYS State about a year and a half ago.
Along with the shower I attached a double sink to the side, with running water. This will prove to be invaluable when it comes time to harvest the garden. Last year I did the kitchen over and Robin hated the mess we made when preparing the vegetables for storage.
For me , the best part is not having to squeggie the shower walls and door down after showering.
Being on a fixed income now, every penny helps.
Being a builder and not a plummer I was estatic when I turned on the water and there were no leeks in any of the copper pipes I sweated together. Miracles never cease. Total cost of this project $350. Much of what was used for this project was recycled material. I have not taken a shower indoors since I finished this project. It may be a littli chilly in the winter. Hope you enjoyed, thanks Bob
