Constrained Writing Contest #15- The most truthful friend
No one can tell me the truth like you do, I don't think I can ever have a friend like you. Despite the fact that you can't talk like humans, neither can you walk, but I see you as the most truthful and fascinating in the world and the only time this is wrong is when you are damaged. Your damage doesn't come from you, it comes from us. When I look ugly, you tell me I look ugly, when I look beautiful, you tell me I look beautiful. Through my rise and fall, you have been my only friend. You correct me when am looking wrong, you are always with me when am alone.
How can I stop loving you? You don't only tell me the truth, you also let me know what's behind me because you know I don't have eyes behind me,you also keep wormholes stable enough to travel through time. I wonder why most people don't recognize you as a true friend. I wish you had the power to act on your own. Sometimes I wonder how the world will be without you,we wouldn't even be able to see the difference. People will tell us things from their perspective, but you tell us the truth and the obvious.
Pieces of you never tell the whole story, even when damaged you still try to say the obvious. You are the most fascinating thing in this world. I wish you could talk, walk and do other activities like human, I would have loved to make you a companion. If you could see the future, you would have been perfect.
