Constipation

Constipation must be one of the most serious health problems. I have had a lump in my stomach for the past few days. So this seriously bothers me. I'm thinking of eating less as a solution. I think I can see the effect of this in a short time. If my stomach ache continues, I may write an article about it. I want to write my latest updated version of constipation.
